Find out how to log in and out of the CNN app and cnn.com.
If you get CNN with your TV package, you can log in to CNN using your TV provider account. Once you're logged in, you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand.
Here's how to log in with your TV provider:
In the CNN app, do one of the following:
Choose TV Channels (key icon) and then choose Activate Network TV.
Choose Settings (gear icon), then TV Channels, and then choose Activate.
Enter the code from your TV screen and choose Continue to Verify.
Select your TV provider or choose View All TV Providers. Here you can search or find your provider in the list. Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider.
To start streaming, choose TV Channels (key icon, left edge). Here you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV Channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand (if your TV subscription includes CNN).
To log out, choose Settings (gear icon, left edge), scroll right to the TV Channels tab, and then choose Log Out.
